1. Extend the term of functioning of the special economic zone "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark" till December 31, 2048 with condition of achievement of the target indicators approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 11, 2021 No. 548 "About some questions of the special economic zone "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of August 11, 2021 No. 548 "About some questions of the special economic zone "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark" the following change:
to be reworded as follows the target indicators of the special economic zone "National Industrial Petrochemical Technopark" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
