About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of Item 2 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of February 16, 2024 "About change of presidential decrees of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 55

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in Rules of content of domestic dogs, cats, and also catching of neglected animals in the settlements of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 4, 2001 No. 834:

in subitem 4.2 of Item 4, Items 8 and 15 of the word "district, city" shall be replaced with words "rural, settlement, district, city (the cities of regional and district subordination)" in the corresponding case;

in Item 13 of the word "District, City" shall be replaced with words "Rural, settlement, district, city (the cities of regional and district subordination)";

1.2. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2003 No. 1303 "About approval of the Regulations on payment procedure of expenses on burial of the dead insured on compulsory insurance against labor accidents and occupational diseases which death was caused by insured event":
