1. Approve Changes to Criteria by which determination of the companies, organizations and organizations which are important for industry of national economy in the field of digitalization, approved by the order of the Ministry of digital transformation of Ukraine of March 23, 2023 No. 30, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 13, 2023 at No. 612/39668, which are applied is performed.

2. (Yu. I. Matsik) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide management of development of infrastructure of broadband Internet access:

1) submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

2) promulgation of this order.
