About modification of procedure for determination and limiting use of sizes of consumption of electric power

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the Procedure for determination and limiting use of sizes of the consumption of electric power approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 24, 2024 No. 600 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2024, No. 51, the Art. 3097), the enclosed changes.

2. Agree with the offer of the Department of Energy that for the period before entering into the Register of objects of critical infrastructure, but no later than November 1, 2024 schedules of hourly shutdown are not applied to the objects specified in the list of crucial objects attached to the original.

3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and is effective during warlike situation and six months after its termination or cancellation.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for determination and limiting use of sizes of consumption of electric power

1. In Item 2 of the word "one queue" shall be replaced with words "three queues".

2. In paragraph three of Item 17 of the word "minimum admissible" to replace with the word "minimum".

3. Add the Procedure with Item 27-1 of the following content:

"27-1. The operator of system of transfer in coordination with the Ministry of Energy can provide orders on application of schedules of hourly electricity outages for each operator of system of distribution with indication of identical to all operators of systems of distribution of amount of queues and groups and time of their application.".
