About creation of Ten_z of Zhasaga joint-stock company

According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create Ten_z of Zhasaga joint-stock company (further – society) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of society implementation of prompt actions by liquidation of oil spills.

3. Provide forming of the authorized capital of society at the expense of republican property according to appendix to this resolution.

4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of society;

2) election of person authorized on signing on behalf of society of documents for state registration, implementation of financial and economic activities and representation of its interests before the third parties before formation of governing bodies;

3) state registration of society in non-commercial joint-stock company "The Government for Citizens state corporation;

4) transfer to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of society;

5) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
