About introduction of amendments to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 413

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 413 "About the notification procedure to the State Tax Administration and its territorial authorities about acceptance of the worker on the work/conclusion gigabyte contract" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 50, Art. 1612; 2022, No. 3, the Art. 135, No. 61, the Art. 3662) the enclosed changes.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of April 25, 2024 No. 3680-IX "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning regulation of work of house workers".

Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 17, 2015 No. 413

1. In the resolution:

The Name of the resolution to state 1) in the following edition:

"About the notification procedure to the State Tax Administration and its territorial authorities about acceptance of the worker (the house worker) on the work/conclusion gigabyte contract or the termination of the employment contract with the house worker";

2) in the prolog of the word and figures of "Article 24 part three" shall be replaced with words also in figures "Article parts four 24, of Article 173-3 part two";

Paragraphs the first or fourth the deciding part to replace 3) with paragraphs of the following content:
