1. Approve:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (investment) "The report on investments into the Republic of Belarus from abroad and investments from the Republic of Belarus abroad" (is attached) and to enact it starting with the report for January-March, 2025;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-f (investment) "The report on investments into the Republic of Belarus from abroad and investments from the Republic of Belarus abroad" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for January-March, 2025.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on the legal entities (except banks, the non-bank credit and financial organizations, "Development Bank of the Republic of Belarus" open joint stock company, state-financed organizations) who received investments from abroad or performed investing activities abroad.
3. Recognize invalid:
