Based on item 4 of article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of June 18, 2019 No. 198-Z "About radiation safety", parts one of article 3 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 10, 2022 No. 208-Z "On regulation of safety when using atomic energy", subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 14, 2022 No. 405, of part one of Item 27 and part one of Item 40 of the Regulations on procedure for the ensuring physical nuclear safety approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2023 No. 668, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve regulations and rules on ensuring nuclear and radiation safety "Carrying out the analysis of vulnerability" (are attached).
2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
