About Rates of import customs duties of the Republic of Tajikistan

According to Article 341 of the Customs code of the Republic of Tajikistan and article 57 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve Rates of import customs duties of the Republic of Tajikistan (appendix 1).

2. Set free trade regime and apply zero rate of import customs duty in case of commodity importation, made in the member states of the Agreement on the free trade area of October 18, 2011.

3. Set free trade regime and apply zero rate of customs duty in case of commodity import, made in the countries with which bilateral agreements about free trade, except for the goods withdrawn from free trade regime are signed.

4. Approve the List of the least developed countries on which goods rates of import customs duties in the amount of fifty percent from the founded rates when importing to customs area of the Republic of Tajikistan are applied (appendix 2).

5. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan in accordance with the established procedure to notify the Secretariat of the World Trade Organization and Executive Committee of the Commonwealth of Independent States on adoption of this resolution.

6. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of August 8, 2018 No. 399 "About rates of import customs duties of the Republic of Tajikistan".
