About the organization of activities of the Agency on development of agricultural industry under the Ministry of Agriculture

For the purpose of ensuring execution of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of September 30, 2024 No. UP-151 "About Additional Measures for Implementation of New Market Mechanisms to the Agro-industrial Sphere and to Creation of Industrial Gardens and Vineyards in the Republic":

1. Approve the Organizational structure of the Agency on development of agricultural industry under the Ministry of Agriculture according to appendix No. 1.

2. To the Ministry of Agriculture together with Agency on development of agricultural industry (further - the Agency), Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, khokimiyats of areas and areas to take measures for creation of the conditions necessary for the organization of activities of territorial subdivisions of the Agency in a month.

3. Approve:

"Road map" on deepening of reforms in the field of storage and conversion of products of gardening, wine growing, greenhouse facility, agricultural industry and to cardinal enhancement of activities of system according to appendix No. 2 *;

Target indicators of creation of plantations of fig, filbert and olives in 2024 - 2027 according to appendix No. 3.

4. Determine sources of forming of the State trust fund by development and support of agricultural industry (further - Fund):

balance of Fund of development of gardening and greenhouse facility and Fund of development of winemaking, the means which arrived from return of resources (loans, subsidies, loans), the means arriving from rendering services, the percent arriving from placement of temporarily available funds on deposits of commercial banks;

the onetime charges levied from the new gardens and vineyards created according to the feasibility statement on the projects developed by the Agency;
