About approval of changes which are made to some orders of the Government, and about recognition voided some orders of the Government (reduction in compliance with legislation provisions in the field of financial banking sector and the financial non-bank sector)

Based on Item b) article 5 of the Law No. 136/2017 on the Government (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, No. 252, the Art. 412), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to some orders of the Government (are applied).

2. Recognize to invalid:

2.1. The order of the Government No. 318/2008 about approval of Methodology of calculation of basic insurance premium and adjusting factors for obligatory civil liability insurance for the damage caused by vehicles (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 61-62, 392), with subsequent changes;

2.2. The order of the Government No. 652/2016 about some measures for accomplishment of the Law No. 414-XVI of December 22, 2006 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 151-155, 720).

3. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities to bring the regulations into accord with this resolution within 6 months from the date of its entry into force.

4. This resolution becomes effective after one month from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, except for Item 1 and subitem 3.4.3 of appendix which become effective since November 1, 2024.
