According to Articles 63, of the 70th Chapter 6 of the Section II of the Tax code of Ukraine, resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of September 5, 2023 No. 970 "Some questions of activities of electronic residents (e-resident) and maintaining the information system "E-resident"", of April 13, 2024 "Some questions of complex transfer of electronic copies of documents, the separate information (data, data) containing in them means of the Single state web portal of electronic services" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER to No. 423:

1. Approve the Change in Regulations on registration of physical persons in the State register of physical persons taxpayers approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of September 29, 2017 No. 822, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2017 at No. 1306/31174, which are applied.

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
