About modification of appendix No. 1 to Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission

The supreme Eurasian economic council solved:

1. Bring in appendix No. 1 to the Regulations of work of the Eurasian economic commission approved by the Decision of the Supreme Eurasian economic council of December 23, 2014 No. 98 the following changes:

a) add with Item 12-4 of the following content:

"12-4. Approval of the Rules of determination of goods origin which are exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union to which state members of the Eurasian Economic Union apply separate measures of regulation.";

b) exclude Item 23.

2. This Decision becomes effective from the date of its official publication, except for the subitem "an" of Item 1.

The subitem "an" of Item 1 of this Decision becomes effective from the effective date Agreements on the harmonized system of determination of goods origin, exported from customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union.
