Accept the offer of Samruk-Kazyna Investment limited liability partnership (further - Samruk-Kazyna Investment LLP) and joint-stock company "The national mining company "Tau-Ken Samruk" (further - JSC Tau-Ken Samruk Oil and Gas Company) about Transfer to Republican Property of 100 (hundred) Percent of Share in the Authorized Capital of Limited Liability Partnership SK Water Solutions (further - SK Water Solutions LLP) according to the gift agreement.
2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) together with Samruk-Kazyna Investment LLP (under approval) and JSC Tau-Ken Samruk Oil and Gas Company (under approval) to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution;
2) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state share in the authorized capital of SK Water Solutions LLP to the Ministry of Water Resources and Irrigation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
3. Approve the enclosed additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
