1. Extend the term of functioning of the special economic zone "Seaport Aktau" till December 31, 2052 with condition of achievement of the target indicators approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2017 No. 624 "About some questions of special economic zones".
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 6, 2017 No. 624 "About some questions of special economic zones" the following change:
to be reworded as follows the target indicators of the special economic zone "Seaport Aktau" approved by the specified resolution according to appendix to this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
