Approve the enclosed Rules of determination of the list of the data containing on material carriers with dactyloscopic information, in case of document creation, proving the identity, visas of the Republic of Kazakhstan, issue of permission to permanent or temporary residence in the Republic of Kazakhstan, and also the data containing in dactyloscopic information of the foreigners and stateless persons who are subject to expulsion out of limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan or falling under action of the international treaties on readmission ratified by the Republic of Kazakhstan.
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
