About additional measures for enhancement of system of physical rehabilitation by involvement in sport of persons with disability

For the purpose of establishing regular training by sport of persons with disability, devices of sports constructions to their requirements and enhancement of system of physical rehabilitation by creation of necessary conditions for persons with disability:

1. Determine that:

a) since December 15, 2024:

according to the address of persons with disability, persons interested to play sports, Inson social service centers (further - the Inson centers) issue the direction for sports on free basis in the sports and improving and sports constructions which are in state-owned property;

the list of sports and improving and sports constructions in which opportunity for sports on free basis is created affirms and is constantly updated by the Ministry of Sport, the Ministry of the higher education, science and innovations, the Ministry of preschool and school education together with the National agency of social protection in case of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency) respectively;

b) since January 15, 2025, since day of issue by the Inson centers of the direction, monitoring of participation of persons with disability in sports circles, organized in the sports and improving and sports constructions which are in state-owned property by departure on places once in each six months or by means of single electronic management system of "ERP-sport" is conducted.

2. To the agency till the end of 2025 for the purpose of rendering assistance to persons with disability, including to the children having diseases of eye and diseases of musculoskeletal system in visit of sports and improving and sports constructions to take measures for step-by-step implementation of escort service with involvement of non-state non-profit organizations or volunteers by means of the state social order in regions in which the greatest number of persons with disability, persons interested to play sports lives. At the same time to determine that:

non-state non-profit organizations or volunteers are attracted by the Agency and its regional governments by means of the state social order directly;
