Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-is (construction) "The report on accomplishment of contract works", the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of National Statistical Committee of July 12, 2019 No. 50, the following changes:

second and third Item 1 to exclude parts;

add Instructions with Item 1-1 of the following content:

"1-1. The state statistical observation of accomplishment of contract works is made based on the combined observation method: combination of continuous and selective methods of observation.

The sample method of observation is applied to legal entities without departmental subordination with average number of workers for previous year to 49 people inclusive (except for members of holdings), their separate divisions. The list of such legal entities, their separate divisions is created by National Statistical Committee and adjusted monthly.

The continuous method of observation is applied to other respondents.".

2. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2025.
