1. Bring in the resolution of the Ministry of forestry of the Republic of Belarus of August 1, 2024 No. 33 "About price fixation on granules wood fuel" the following changes:
in the name of the word "wood fuel" shall be replaced with words the prices of granules "the prices for wood fuel granules (pellets)";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Establish the prices of wood fuel granules (pellets) made (implemented) in the domestic market by the organizations subordinated to the Ministry of forestry:
1.1. the fixed selling price created on conditions free warehouse of the manufacturer * in the amount of 160,0 of Belarusian ruble without the value added tax for ton in case of realization:
to the organizations of utility pattern of ownership of system of the Ministry of Housing and Public Utilities;
to the organizations which are a part of the system of the Ministry of Architecture, performing cement production;
to the organizations which are a part of the system Energy ministries, performing production of heat energy;
