Based on subitem 1 part two. 7, subitems 1.9 and 1.12 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2023 No. 297 "About the state accounting and operation of civil unmanned aerial vehicles" DECIDES: Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2023 No. 972 "About questions of the state accounting and operation of civil unmanned aerial vehicles" the following changes:

1.1. in Regulations on the state accounting and operation of civil unmanned aerial vehicles approved by this resolution:

in item 4 of the word to "classes C0-C6" shall be replaced with words to "classes C0-C7";

state Item 13 in the following edition:

"13. Civil BLA is subject to the state accounting of civil BLA.

Statement on the state accounting of civil BLA is performed by Department on aircraft according to part one of subitem 1.7 of Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2023 No. 297 on a grant basis.

The department on aircraft considers the application for statement on the state accounting of civil BLA and passes the decision on statement on the state accounting of civil BLA or about refusal in statement on the state accounting of civil BLA within 15 working days from the date of filing of application.

Civil BLA which are on the state accounting or the procedure equivalent to it in other state are not subject to the state accounting of civil BLA.";

availability of incomplete or false information in the statement;

submission of invalid documents;
