1. Approve Provisional regulations for procedure for execution of allowing documents for stay and implementation of labor activity in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic by foreign citizens and stateless persons (further - Provisional regulations) according to appendix.
2. Establish effective period of Provisional regulations till July 1, 2026.
3. Suspend till July 1, 2026 the Regulations on procedure of labor activity foreign citizens and stateless persons in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions in the field of labor migration in the Kyrgyz Republic" of April 16, 2019 No. 175.
4. Determine that the procedure for execution of the labor visa is performed according to the Provisional regulations approved by Item 1 of this resolution.
5. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic for operation of Provisional regulations to realize functions on registration and issue of allowing documents for work to foreign citizens.
