1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About questions of the organization of the State system of identification of communication devices and identification of mobile communication devices, and also the devices used for data transmission" of May 31, 2022 No. 287 the following change:
according to the procedure of the organization of the State system of identification of communication devices and identification of mobile communication devices, and also the devices used for data transmission, approved by the above-stated resolution:
- add with Item 10-1 of the following content:
"10-1. The devices imported by foreign citizens on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic for the purpose of private use are subject to temporary registration at the operator of identification for their stay in the country.
Temporary registration is performed in accordance with general practice according to this Procedure.".
2. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
