Changes which are made to the Federal aviation rules "General Rules of Airborne Transportations of Passengers, Baggage, Loads and Requirement to Servicing of Passengers, Consignors, Consignees" approved by the Order of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation of June 28, 2007 No. 82

1. Declare Item 53 invalid.

"84(1). 5. Add with Item 106 (1) the following content:

"106(1). Internal transportation of the children under two years who are citizens of the Russian Federation with provision by it at the request of the accompanying passenger of the certain place, and also internal transportation of the children aged from two up to twelve years who are citizens of the Russian Federation with accompanying (accompanying) with their passenger (passengers) is performed at a discount in the amount of 50 percent from rate (except first class fare, business class fare) <*>, except for internal transportation along routes which state support is performed by budget funds of appropriate level of budget system of the Russian Federation, and (or) internal transportation, the amount of payment for which is established by carrier and is approved by the President of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation, and also internal transportation, the amount of payment for which No. 135-FZ "About protection of the competition" is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to part 2 of article 13 of the Federal Law of July 26, 2006.".

1) international delivery of the child aged up to two years with provision to him at the request of the accompanying passenger of the certain place;

2) internal transportation of the child aged up to two years who is not the citizen of the Russian Federation with provision to him at the request of the accompanying passenger of the certain place;

3) internal transportation of the child aged up to two years who is the citizen of the Russian Federation with provision to him at the request of the accompanying passenger of the certain place on first class fare or business class fare, and also along routes which state support is performed by budget funds of appropriate level of budget system of the Russian Federation, and (or) internal transportation, the amount of payment for which is established by carrier and is approved by the President of the Russian Federation or the Government of the Russian Federation, and also internal transportation, the amount of payment for which is determined by the Government of the Russian Federation according to part 2 of article 13 of the Federal Law of July 26, 2006 No. 135-FZ "About protection of the competition";
