About modification and amendments in some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan in connection with enhancement of the sphere of fight against the facts of illegal use of energy resources

1. Make changes and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix providing simplification of mechanisms:

identifications of the facts of wasteful expenditure, and also illegal and inefficient use of fuel and energy resources;

implementation of the state control of suppression of realization of low-quality fuel products.

2. To impose control of execution of this Decree on the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. N. Aripov.
