According to articles 11 and 52 of the Law of Ukraine "About highways" and the Law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure", I ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in the Procedure for maintaining, provision of data from the register of auditors of safety of highways, inclusions in and exceptions of the register of auditors of safety of highways approved by the order of the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine of May 18, 2021 No. 267, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 30, 2021 at No. 863/36485, which are applied.
2. To provide to management of highways submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To provide to the sector of external communications promulgation of this order on the official website of the Ministry of development of communities and the territories of Ukraine.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister according to distribution of obligations.
