About approval of Changes in Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank
According to Articles 7, 15 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", articles 66 and 67 of the Law of Ukraine "About banks and banking activity", the Law of Ukraine "About ministerial procedure", for the purpose of harmonization of procedures of the National Bank of Ukraine concerning determination of the faces tied with bank with the general principles of the administrative right, increase in transparency and efficiency of accomplishment of functions of public administration of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decide:
1. Approve Changes in Regulations on determination of the faces tied with bank, the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine approved by the resolution of May 12, 2015 No. 315 (with changes) (further - Changes in the Provision) which are applied.
2. The National Bank performs consideration of petitions, the documents received till December 31, 2024 on which as of January 01, 2025 the decision, according to Changes in the Provision taking into account the terms determined by the legislation of Ukraine, operating as of December 31, 2024 since January 01, 2025 is not made.
3. To department of methodology of regulation of activities of banks (Oksana Prisyazhenko) after official publication to inform banks of Ukraine information on adoption of this resolution.
4. The resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2025.
