I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of ecology, geology and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 14, 2021 No. 250 "About approval of Rules of development of the program of production environmental control of objects I and II of categories, conducting internal accounting, forming and provision of periodic reports on results of production environmental control" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 23553) the following changes:

in Rules of development of the program of production environmental control of objects I and II of categories, conducting internal accounting, forming and provision of the periodic reports on results of production environmental control approved by the specified order (further – Rules):

in appendix 1 to the specified Rules:

11) of Item 8 to state subitem paragraph two in the following edition, the text in Kazakh does not change:

"11) Monitoring of biodiversity is carried out on all contract area for the purpose of prevention of risk of their destruction and impossibility of reproduction. Monitoring amount according to information on condition of natural areas and the identification of biological diversity (animal and flora) which is carried out within environmental impact assessment of objects I and II of category;";

"17. The operator of object keeps internal account, creates and submits periodic reports on results of production environmental control electronically in National Bank of data on the environment and natural resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan with signing by the digital signature of the first head of the operator of object.";

"19. In case of not operation and/or temporary suspension of object for the accounting period when filling form in the Section "additional data" to deliver tick ("v" - during the accounting period object did not function) with attachment of the explanatory note.

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on the Internet – resource of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1) and 2) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on supervising vice-the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
