About establishment for 2025 of the sizes of expenditure of means and compensation

Based on part one of Item 6 and part one of Item 7 of appendix to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 "About enhancement of procedure for the address with waste of goods and packagings" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 16

1. Establish for 2025:

1.1. the general sizes of expenditure of the money arriving on the current (settlement) bank account of public institution "Operator of secondary material resources" (further – the operator) with the special mode of functioning, according to appendix on implementation of actions, 3 appendices to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus specified in paragraphs the second or twelfth to Item part one of January 17, 2020 No. 16;

1.2. the following sizes of the Item part one provided in the paragraph the second 3 appendices to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 17, 2020 compensation No. 16 to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs of expenses on collection of the waste received as a result of procurement (without involvement of other persons under agreements of the order) at physical persons (except for individual entrepreneurs), on condition of use of this waste:

waste of paper and cardboard, including with impregnation and covering, – 180 rubles for ton;

glass waste – 240 rubles for ton;

the glass waste transferred under delivery agreements for the state needs at the price which is not exceeding 10 rubles for ton excluding tax on value added – 300 rubles for ton;

PET-bottles – 70 rubles for ton;

waste of plastic (except PET-bottles) – 80 rubles for ton;
