About approval of Changes in some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine

1. In paragraph six of Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of April 04, 2022 No. 1310/5 "Some questions of access to the automated system of enforcement proceeding and the Unified register of private contractors of Ukraine in the period of warlike situation", the word "approved by the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 04, 2022 at No. 381/37717, shall be replaced with words "which affirms the Ministry of development of communities and territories of Ukraine".
2. In Item 2 of the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of June 10, 2022 No. 2343/5 "Some questions of forced realization of distrained property in enforcement proceeding in the period of warlike situation", the word "approved by the Ministry of questions of reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 13, 2022 at No. 634/37970, shall be replaced with words "which affirms the Ministry of development of communities and territories of Ukraine".
