The candidate for posting holding position of the serviceman, employee of law enforcement or special state body can be affiliated on condition of the positive solution of certifying commission following the results of the last certification.

The employee of National Bank can be affiliated on condition of the actual effectiveness on functional key performance indicators of activities at least 80% following the results of the last two years;";
