About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of allowance payment on burials

(as amended on 28-08-2013)

For the purpose of improvement of social security of the needy population of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the enclosed Provision "About Procedure and Conditions of Allowance Payment on Burials to Members of Needy Family".

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 4, 1992 No. 30 "About increase in benefits for burial" and the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Tajikistan of February 27, 1993 No. 172 "About increase in the size of benefits for burial".

Regulations on procedure and conditions of allowance payment on burial to members of needy family

I. General provisions

1. According to article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the national social insurance" the benefit for burial is issued to members of needy family in case of death. The size of benefit for burial to members of needy family constitutes the twentyfold size of indicator for calculations.
