About the Procedure and conditions of allowance payment on burial to the member of needy family

(as amended of the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of 05.11.2014 No. 709)

According to articles 16 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the national social insurance" and 51 Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About regulatory legal acts" the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of allowance payment on burial to the member of needy family it (is applied).

2. To government savings bank of the Republic of Tajikistan of Amonatbonk to make allowance payment on burial to the member of needy family without collection of expenses for banking services.

3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan of September 3, 1998, No. 347 "About approval of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of allowance payment on burial".

1. General provisions

1. This Procedure is developed according to article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About the national social insurance" and determines procedure and conditions of allowance payment on burial to the member of needy family.
