According to article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "About the Public special service of transport", Item 1, the subitem 5 of Item 3 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 26, 2014 No. 671 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 19, 2016 to No. 730), and for the purpose of reduction in compliance of regulatory legal acts to requirements of the legislation I ORDER:
1. Recognize invalid some orders of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of Ukraine, the Ministry of infrastructure of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defence of Ukraine concerning activities of the Public special service of transport according to the list which is attached.
2. To provide to administration of the Public special service of transport submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
