About approval of the Regulations on setting standards of veterinary and sanitary certification of the goods which are subject to the state veterinary health control

According to part (4) article 24 of the Law No. 221/2018 on veterinary and sanitary activities, Items 1-4 of the Order of the Government No. 385/2009 on some measures for the organization and implementation of veterinary and sanitary certification, the subitem 16) of Item 14 and Item 19 of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the National agency on safety of foodstuff approved by the Order of the Government No. 14/2023, and for the purpose of regulation of the procedure of veterinary and sanitary certification of the goods which are subject to the state veterinary health control I ORDER:

1. Approve Regulations on setting standards of veterinary and sanitary certification of the goods which are subject to the state veterinary health control (further – the Provision), according to appendix.

2. Charge to chiefs of territorial subdivisions on safety of foodstuff and boundary inspection posts:

2. 1) ensuring control of observance of provisions of the Provision approved by this order according to supervision zone;

2. 2) the admission of movement in country/commodity export, subject to the state veterinary health control, according to provisions of the Provision approved by this order;

2. 3) providing, in case of need, standard uniforms of veterinarians and operators in the area;

2. 4) accounting of quantity of the standard forms used / remained available;

2. 5) provision of the monthly report in profile managements of central office of the National agency on safety of foodstuff about quantity of the standard forms and of goods quantity used / remained available which are subject to the state veterinary health control.
