About some measures for implementation of the ID card

Based on part (1-2) articles 4 of the Law No. 273/1994 on identification documents of national passport system (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1995, No. 9, the Art. 89), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve changes which are made to the Order of the Government No. 966/2020 about services of the state services provided by the Agency (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2020, by Art. No. 372-382, 1145), with subsequent changes (are applied).

2. Determine that:

2.1. the first million persons – citizens of the Republic of Moldova who will request issue of the first ID card in the maximum time established for provision of this service including the faces using privileges for provision of service in issue of the ID card, stipulated in Item 2 appendices No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 966/2020 about services of the state services rendered by the Agency are exempted from payment of the rate for issue of the ID card established in appendix No. 2 to the Order of the Government No. 966/2020 about services of the state services rendered by the Agency;

2.2. the first million persons – citizens of the Republic of Moldova who will request issue of the first qualified digital signature certificate for inclusion in the ID card, irrespective of the time in which provision of service in issue of the first ID card was requested including persons using privileges for provision of service of certification of open keys for the ID card are exempted from payment of rate. Effective period of the qualified digital signature certificate issued on these conditions constitutes 5 years;
