About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus
1. Make changes to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 25, 2023 No. 297 "About the state accounting and operation of civil unmanned aerial vehicles" (appendix).
2. In three-months time to provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus reduction of acts of the legislation in compliance with this Decree and to take other measures for its realization.
3. This Decree becomes effective in the following procedure:
Item 1 - in three months after official publication of this Decree;
other provisions of this Decree - after its official publication.

1. In Item 1:
in subitem 1.3:
the paragraph one of part one to add with words ", except for the case specified in part three of this subitem";
add the subitem with parts of the following content:
"Import by legal entities or individual entrepreneurs of civil BLA and model aircrafts for the benefit of state bodies **** because of limits of customs area of EEU to the Republic of Belarus from the states which are not state members of EEU in case of their room under the customs procedures specified in paragraph three of part one of this subitem is performed based on confirmation about import of civil BLA and model aircrafts for the benefit of state bodies.

goes state bodies to the State Customs Committee before import to the Republic of Belarus of civil BLA and model aircrafts from the states which are not state members of EEU;
