About introduction of amendments to the Order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of December 28, 2007 No. 193

According to articles 8 and 24 of the Law of Ukraine "About use of nuclear energy and radiation safety", the subitem 7 of item 4 of the Regulations on the state inspection of the nuclear regulation of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 363, I ORDER:

1. In preamble of the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of December 28, 2007 No. 193 "About approval of Requirements and safety conditions (licensed conditions) of implementation of activities for use of sources of ionizing radiation in radiation therapy", the word registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2008 at No. 31/14722, and figure "and in pursuance of Item 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 6, 2000 No. 1782 "About approval of the Procedure for licensing of separate types of activity in the field of use of nuclear energy"" to exclude.

2. Bring in Requirements and safety conditions (licensed conditions) of implementation of activities for use of the sources of ionizing radiation in radiation therapy approved by the order of the State committee of nuclear regulation of Ukraine of December 28, 2007 No. 193, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 18, 2008 at No. 31/14722, the following changes:

1) in Item 3.1 of the Section III:

in subitem 3.1.6 the word "renewal" shall be replaced with words "modification in";

in subitem 3.1.9 the word "cancellation" shall be replaced with words "cancellation";
