About some questions of joint-stock company "QazExpoCongress national company

1. Transfer rights of possession and uses of the state block of shares of joint-stock company "The QazExpoCongress national company (further - Society) in the amount of 100 (hundred) percent to the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to provide assignment of rights of ownership and use of the state block of shares of Society to the Ministry of digital development, innovations and aerospace industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) to take the necessary measures following from this resolution.

3. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This resolution becomes effective since July 1, 2025.
