According to the Code of Ukraine about administrative offenses, the Law of Ukraine "About licensing of certain types of economic activity", for the purpose of respecting the rule of law during registration of materials and creation of protocols on administrative offenses of the legislation on licensing of certain types of economic activity I ORDER:
1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for registration of materials about administrative offenses of the legislation on licensing of certain types of economic activity which is applied.
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of licensing (Ivanchenko O. B.) provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. To department of strategic planning, information support and interaction with the territories (Zheribor T. V.) provide publication of this order in mass media and bring this order to permission of representations of Gospredprinimatelstvo after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. I reserve control of execution of this order.
