1. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 04.03.2015 No. 77

5. Determine that financing of actions for creation of national satellite communication system, in particular the national communication satellite and broadcasting, is performed within the Nation-wide space program.
6. To national space agency together with other central executive bodies to take measures for involvement of consumers of services of satellite telecommunication systems of the state pattern of ownership and contractors of state programs which financing is performed for the expenditure account of the government budget, before use only of resource of the national communication satellite and broadcasting after its start and putting into operation, except for consumers who provide with government communication of management officials of Ukraine, and except cases when use of resource of communication satellites of foreign operators is connected with lack of technical capability to provide such services by the national companion or free resource of the national companion. In case of need to submit the draft of the relevant act of the legislation for consideration of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
