1. In preamble of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 29, 2023 No. 355 "About approval of features of accomplishment of customs formalities in case of simplification application "the procedure of release on the location" and modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 11, 2023 at No. 1378/40434, the word of "eleventh" to replace with the word of "twelfth".
2. Approve Changes to features of accomplishment of the customs formalities in case of simplification application "the procedure of release on the location" approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of June 29, 2023 No. 355, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 11, 2023 at No. 1378/40434, which are applied.
3. To provide to the State Customs Service of Ukraine technical capability of implementation of requirements of this order.
