1. Approve Regulations on procedure for determination of rates of digital signs (tokens) it (is applied).
2. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication.

1. This Provision establishes procedure for determination of rates of digital signs (tokens) (further - tokens) for the purposes of recalculation in Belarusian rubles taxable by the income tax from physical persons of income gained in natural form in the form of tokens.
2. For the purposes of this provision terms in the values established by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2017 No. 8 "About development of digital economy" are used.
3. The rate of token is determined concerning each token with the unique name with which in the expired month transactions in information system of the operator of cryptoplatform, the operator of exchange of cryptocurrencies, the organizer of ICO * were made (further, unless otherwise specified, - operators).

* For the purposes of this provision the organizer of ICO is understood as the resident Parka of high technologies who performs the type of activity provided in the paragraph the twenty eighth Item 3 of the Regulations on Parka of high technologies approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of September 22, 2005 No. 12.
