Regulations on certification of the scientific organizations

1. General provisions

1. This provision is developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 9, 2001 "About science" and regulates questions of certification of the scientific organizations.

2. Certification of the scientific organizations is performed for determination of efficiency of their main activities and rational use of material, labor and financial resources, streamlining on this basis of their network and structure, efficiency evaluation of work on preparation of scientific personnel.

3. In case of certification of the scientific organizations the following indicators are exposed to assessment:

1) results of scientific, scientific and technical and financial and economic activities;

2) activities of administrative and management personnel;

3) material and social security;

4) personnel potential and certification scientific and engineering employees;
