According to Procedure for maintaining the Electronic register of apostilles approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 04, 2015 No. 890 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of July 25, 2024 to No. 853), we ORDER:
1. Approve Changes in Rules of putting down of apostille on official documents, held for use in the territory of other states, the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine approved by the order of March 17, 2023 No. 125/209/293/139/999/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2023 at No. 478/39534, which are applied.
2. To provide to department of consular service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister of foreign affairs of Ukraine, the deputy minister of internal affairs of Ukraine, the deputy minister of science and education of Ukraine, the Deputy Minister of Finance of Ukraine, the deputy minister of justice of Ukraine according to distribution of functional obligations.
