1. Bring in the resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 30, 2017 No. 112 "About approval of the list, forms, terms and Rules of submission of the reporting by the collection agency" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 15481) the following changes:

in Item 1:

subitems 1) to state 2) and 3) in the following edition:

"1) the list of the reporting of the collection agency according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) report form about the number of agreements on pre-judicial debt collection and right to claim concessions according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) report form about the loans (microcredits) accepted in work according to appendix 3 to this resolution;";

4) to exclude the subitem;

subitems 6) to state 7), 8), 9), 10) and 11) in the following edition:

1) together with Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

3) within ten working days after state registration of this resolution submission to Legal department of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the action provided by the subitem 2) of this Item.

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the supervising vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
