About approval of the list, forms, terms and Rules of submission of the reporting by the collection agency

For the purpose of implementation of the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 6, 2017 "About collection activities" and of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics" the Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve:

1) the list of the reporting of the collection agency according to appendix 1 to this resolution;

2) report form about the number of agreements on pre-judicial debt collection and right to claim concessions according to appendix 2 to this resolution;

3) report form about the loans (microcredits) accepted in work according to appendix 3 to this resolution;

4) No. 32 is excluded according to the Resolution of Board of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 23.06.2025;

5) report form about the accepted loans (microcredits) by the end of the reporting period by creditors according to appendix 5 to this resolution;

6) report form about the acquired rights to claim on loans (microcredits) according to appendix 6 to this resolution;

7) report form about the acquired rights to claim on loans (microcredits) on which restructuring, according to appendix 7 to this resolution was carried out

8) report form about the acquired rights to claim on loans (microcredits) by the end of the reporting period by creditors according to appendix 8 to this resolution;

9) report form about results of settlement of debt of physical persons according to appendix 9 to this resolution;

10) report form about structure of obligations by creditors according to appendix 10 to this resolution;

11) report form about the main financial performance of the collection agency according to appendix 11 to this resolution;

12) Rules of submission of the reporting by the collection agency according to appendix 12 to this resolution.

2. The collection agency represents the reporting in electronic format to territorial branch of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (in the location of the collection agency) quarterly, no later than the tenth following reporting quarter.

3. To department of researches and statistics (Tutushkin V. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide:

1) together with Legal department (Sarsenov N. V.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this resolution the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

4. To management on consumer protection of financial services and external communications (Terentyev A. L.) provide within ten calendar days after state registration of this resolution the direction it to the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Pirmatov G. O.

6. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This explanation determines single requirements for filling of the form intended for collection of administrative data on a grant basis "The report on the number of agreements on pre-judicial debt collection and right to claim concessions" (further – the Form).

2. The form is filled with the collection agency quarterly. Data in shape are specified in number of (units).

3. The form is signed by the head or person to who function on signing of the report, and the contractor is assigned.

4. The reporting signed by the head of the collection agency or person to who function on signing of the report is assigned and the contractor by means of the digital signature is stored in electronic format.

Chapter 2. The explanation on filling of the Form

In shape data under the agreements signed with creditors whose subject is rendering services to the creditor in pre-judicial collection and settlement of the debt and to information collection connected with debt (further – agreements on pre-judicial debt collection) and also under the agreements containing conditions of transition of the right (requirement) for agreements of bank loan or agreements on provision of the microcredit to the collection agency are reflected (further – contracts of assignment of right to claim).

6. In line 1.1 tables are specified the number of the agreements on pre-judicial debt collection signed by the collection agency with creditors for the beginning of the accounting period.
