For the purpose of simplification of the procedures of document creation regulating procedure for stay in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic of foreign citizens and stateless persons in pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for optimization of migratory processes in the Kyrgyz Republic" of September 19, 2024 268, according to articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:
1. Approve Provisional regulations for procedure for design of the resident map of the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Provisional regulations) according to appendix 1.
2. Establish effective period of Provisional regulations till July 1, 2026.
3. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for stay of foreign citizens in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 10, 2023 No. 541 the following changes:
in Regulations on the procedure for stay of foreign citizens in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:
- the paragraph one of Item 6 to state in the following edition:
"6. The basis for (prolongation) of stay in the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic are the following documents: the visa, the residence permit, the resident map of the Kyrgyz Republic, the status of Kayrylman, "Meken-kart" if other is not provided by international treaties which participant is the Kyrgyz Republic.";
- in Item 7 of the word "registration" to exclude.
