Rates of payment are applied with use of additional coefficient of 1,045, except for of payment rates to the pollutants specified in Items 7, of 9, of 22, 29 - 31, 33, 62, 74, 83, 85, 98, 100, 101, 110, 124, 127, 144, 145, 155, 157, 179, 181 - 183, the 186 and 187 Section I and Items 20, of 24, of 34, of 35, of 40, of 51, of 53, of 63, of 67, of 89, of 99, of 119, of the 124 and 168 Section II of rates of payment.

3. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 17, 2024 No. 492 "About application in 2024 and 2025 of rates of payment for negative impact on the environment" (The Russian Federation Code, 2024, No. 17, Art. 2345; No. 40, Art. 5980).
