About approval of the Regulations on selection hunting

Based on part (6) article 4 of the Law No. 55/2024 on hunting and protection of hunting fund (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 148-150, 213) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve Regulations on selection hunting it (is applied).

2. Declare invalid the Order of the Government No. 1132/2016 about approval of the Regulations on procedure for the organization and carrying out selection hunting (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, No. 360, the Art. 1234), with subsequent changes.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of the surrounding circle.

Regulations on selection hunting

Chapter I. General provisions

1. The regulations on selection hunting (further - the Provision) establish methods, criteria of classification of selection individuals and procedure for the organization of selection hunting in hunting funds, including:

1.1. in the national parks, biospheric reserves and scientific reserves provided in appendices No. 1, 2 and 8 to the Law No. 1538/1998 on fund of the natural territories protected by the state;
