About enforcement of provisions of the Law No. 55/2024 on hunting and protection of hunting fund

(Extraction)

Based on part (2) Articles 3, parts (6) Articles 4, Item a) parts (1) Articles 8, parts (2) Article 10 and part (3) article 18 of the Law No. 55/2024 on hunting and protection of hunting fund (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2024, Art. No. 148-150, 213) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1.1. Regulations on criteria and procedure for organization of hunting fund, according to appendix No. 1;

1.2. Regulations on regulation of number of hunting animals in the natural territories protected by the state, according to appendix No. 2;

1.3. Regulations on regulations on protection and about procedure for compensation of damage, according to appendix No. 3;

1.4. Regulations on the organization and conducting hunting, according to appendix No. 4.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Government, according to appendix No. 5.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this resolution on the Ministry of the environment.

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, except for Item of 1 appendix No. 5, which becomes effective since February 15, 2025.
